The Riverfront Mansion is located in Palo Verde Meadows; a quiet family neighborhood in Bullhead City, AZ. The home is about 6 miles down the river from the Casinos in Laughlin, NV. The area is extremely friendly and great for outdoor activities! You can leave your Boat at the Dock right in front of the home and you have about 70 miles of river & lakes to explore. The space The Riverfront Estate has just about every amenity you can imagine: - Infinity Pool & Infinity Jacuzzi - Private Boat Dock on River right in front of Private Pool - Game room featuring a Professional Slate Pool Table and Ping Pong Table Overlooking Colorado River & Infinity Pool & Spa - 6 bedrooms - 7 bathrooms - 2 jacuzzi jet tubs in Master Suites - 3 large, wall-mounted, flat screen, satellite TVs - Chef's kitchen - 50 Foot Deep Garage with two high 10 foot garage doors for all your vehicles, watercraft, etc Guest access Entire house. Other things to note Pool/Spa Heating Fee: $45 per day Summer months (June - Sept) Spa heating no charge Pool area quiet time is 10pm - 8am as this is a quiet family neighborhood. No RV’s or Campers. NO FIREWORKS & No WATER BALLOONS of any kind are allowed on the property - Security deposit forfeited if any fireworks or water balloons are detected on property along with $500 penalty Pet Fee: $100 Per Day Per Pet Pets allowed only with owner approval Additional guests over 14 maximum; Not allowed due to covid-19 Virus unless approved by owner in advance. Daily guest fee for additional guests over approved reservation guest total is $100 per person per day. Due to covid max is 14; no additional DAY GUESTS allowed if already at property maximum capacity of 14 Renter to provide names & ages of all guests & visitors 7 days prior to checkin - maximum # allowable on property is 14; additional guests over the 14 person maximum if allowed by the owner is $100 per person per day. Dock & Marina use privileges allowed upon signing of marina agreement by guest - maximum motorized watercraft allowed; 2 boats only, or 4 jet skis only, or 1 boat & 2 jet skis only NO CANOPIES OR TENTS of any kind are allowed IN the POOL AREA & no tie offs using any string or rope is allowed to any outside railing in the pool area or any balcony.
