Authentic 12th century water mill, the Moulin Samsara has been restored and transformed into a beautiful charming cottage of great comfort located in the heart of nature in the heart of the Gers. Ideal place to gather for families or friends, on vacation or for any type of event (weddings, birthdays, cousinades), the Moulin Samsara welcomes you for a timeless stay. The space The mill welcomes you between tradition and modernity for a wellness getaway in an establishment full of charm and authenticity with a living area of 420 to 460 m2. The estate that unfolds on 4.5 hectares of woods and meadows is crossed by the river immersing you in a natural bubble disconnected from the outside world. With a capacity of 15 to 18 people, the cottage has 7 bedrooms (+ 1 triple on request) with a quality of bedding type hotel: 4 double bedrooms with beds in 100 x 200 2 double couple bedrooms with 160 x 200 beds 1 triple bedrooms with 100 x 200 beds 4 bathrooms (+ 1 on request), a large living room and living room with fireplace, a mezzanine seating area for reading or resting, a peninsula in front of the mill to read or listen to the sound of the water and the singing of the birds, lying on a sunbed or in a hammock. In spring 2025 In spring 2025 the estate will host a large heated, salt-treated pool, 10 meters by 4 meters and 1 meter 50 meters deep flat-bottomed to have a foot throughout the pool. It will be equipped with a built-in bench as well as sunbeds to relax, sunbathe or rest, an outdoor hot shower for your comfort, and for a real moment of relaxation and disconnection, an unobstructed view of the park.
