Apartment with sea view and swimming pool The 2-room apartment is located in a south-facing location on the 9th floor with balcony and beautiful views over the Bay of Lübeck. The small but well-equipped kitchen is open with a pass-through to the combined living and dining area. There is a double bed in the interior bedroom. The sofa bed in the living room can accommodate 2 more people. The shower room is also inside. Use of the swimming pool in the complex is included. Other things to note The apartment is located in a sunny southern location on the 9th floor of the house A of the holiday complex "Panoramic" in Sierksdorf. The resort is located in the immediate vicinity of Hansa Park and is just a few meters away from the beach. From the balcony you have a breathtaking view over the entire Lübeck Bay to Travemünde. The small kitchen is equipped with a hob, microwave and dishwasher and is open to the combined living and dining area. In the interior bedroom there is a bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. Two more people could sleep on the sofa bed in the living area. The white tiled shower room is inside. Car parking included. Please bring bed linen and towels, or can be rented for the duration of your stay for a fee. Bringing a dog is allowed for a fee. Wi-Fi is included. In the period from spring to late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are under strict nature conservation and may not be removed. The use of the balconies is usually also possible during the breeding season. The vacation home is a non-smoking apartment.
