Charming 1930's cottage in the heart of Historic Downtown Franklin, TN. The Dahl House is comfy, cozy and romantic and just a block off 5 points. Walk to Main Street, The Franklin Theatre, Civil War Mueseums, the Antique District & all shops & restaurants. The home offers a gourmet kitchen, office space, laundry, SmartTVs, and porch living complete with porch swing, chess table & adirondacks. You are less than 20 minutes to downtown Nashville and 10 minutes to Leipers Fork Village. The space This home is a 3 bedroom home but only 2 bedrooms are available at the discounted nightly rate you see upon booking. We keep it at a lower rate for people who don’t need the 3rd bedroom. It’s an additional $50/per night to book the 3rd bedroom (the Queen Suite) and needs to be requested in advance. It remains locked until guests check in & call for access instructions. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and front porch. Parking at the house in the long driveway is included and makes it very convenient for local festivals. The way back park of the driveway is reserved for maintenance/property manager. If checking in past allowed hours (3pm-9pm) please call host for exception to the rule. If we can accommodate …we will. Otherwise…check in is after 8am the following day. There will be no check ins after 9pm without prior permission. Thank you for understanding. Other things to note Pets are sometimes allowed on a case by case basis at an additional non refundable pet fee. Please ask permission to bring a pet. Thank you for your consideration. The queen suite (3rd bedroom) is available upon request at an additional fee. Fee depends on number of guests and the length of your stay. Usually $50 per/night. Our nightly rate is lower than most in the area, so we give our guests the option of opening the 3rd bedroom at an additional rate per night so the guests that don’t need the extra space don’t automatically have to pay the extra amount for the space they don’t need.
