Bright and modern vacation home on Rügen with a fantastic view of the Breeger Bodden from all three floors and a small garden, within walking distance of the Baltic Sea beach in Breege-Juliusruh. Very well suited for 4 people, if necessary and after consultation, a fifth and possibly sixth person is also possible. The space The "Heimtahafen" vacation home in Breege on Rügen offers you a fantastic view of the Bodden. Around 80 sqm of living space is spread over 3 floors and a basement. As soon as you enter the house, the view of the Bodden opens up. The living room is bright and friendly, floor-to-ceiling windows and the adjoining conservatory give the room a spacious feel. From the dining area in the conservatory or the small garden (with table and chairs, facing south and west) you can enjoy the view while eating. A well-equipped semi-open kitchen is available for preparing meals. There is also a large closet in the hallway and a guest toilet. Upstairs is a bedroom with double bed (1.60 m) and wardrobe. The spacious balcony with beautiful views of the Breeger Bodden and the berths of the sailboats adjoins the gallery room, which is also open to the staircase. The sofa bed offers space for 1-2 people if necessary, curtains allow sufficient privacy despite the open concept. The daylight bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and side water view. A spacious bedroom with two single beds is located in the attic and is suitable as a children's/youth room. It has a workstation with water views, a floor-to-ceiling window with side lagoon views and another TV. If necessary, a third sleeping option could be created. Sleeping places 5 and 6 are a sofa bed in the gallery room. The area is separated from the hallway by curtains, so you also have your privacy here. The sofa bed is comfortable for one person, but two children can also sleep here. A spacious sauna in the basement invites you to relax on cool days. In the laundry room there is a washing machine, dryer and freezer. In front of the house there is the possibility to park bicycles. The parking space belonging to the house can be used free of charge. Additional paid parking is within walking distance. Other things to note Bed linen and towels can be provided for a fee of 23 EUR per person.
