In summer, also enjoy the private pool for a complete refreshment (temperature according to weather). Sit on the deckchairs in the evening to contemplate the starry sky and let yourself be enveloped by the serenity of the countryside. In winter, spend sweet evenings and enjoy the comforting warmth of the stove! This cozy chalet combines modern comfort and the charm of wood. You will have an independent accommodation, with equipped kitchen, terrace, park and parking. The Mélèze chalet is accessible to people with reduced mobility (Tourism and Disability Label). Only 1h30 from Toulouse and Pau, and 2h from Bordeaux, it's the perfect getaway to recharge and disconnect. Practical information: - Capacity: 4 people (max 2 children) - Towels provided: 1 large + 1 small/pers. - Linens provided. (July/August: linens provided - beds not made). - Jacuzzi & Swimming Pool: exclusively reserved for tenants, access prohibited to third parties. (please read the information in the rules) - Pets: not accepted (2 cats on site). - Quiet site: the chalet is located 30 m from another accommodation, please respect the peace and quiet of the site, night and day. - Electric car: charging station 10 min away, in the village of Montesquiou (chalet installation not compatible). - Options (minimum 3 days before, on Airbnb): Bathrobes + slippers: €8/adult Romantic decoration + 1/2 bottle of champagne: €30 - July/August: reservations from Saturday to Saturday (except last-minute availability). ** Tips for the hot tub in winter: To ensure the hot tub water is 38°C when you arrive, book early enough: heating takes between 10 and 15 hours. Remember to bring your bathrobes. - Restaurants 5 or 10 min by car (list available at the chalet).
