Bedroom linens, pillows, bath and beach towels provided. High speed internet with WIFI and smart TV technology. New Washer/Dryer in lower level. Secluded rural setting with abundant wild life viewing. Porches with views of the lake. Waterfront on Rough River Lake. Boat launch ramp 0.6 miles, nominal visitor fee$. Plenty of parking for vehicles. Guest access Fire pit located in back yard (wood not provided), chairs located in lower level closet (fire ext located under kitchen sink). Lake floats located inside under stairs closet. No access to the garage. Other things to note I was born and raised in Kentucky. Currently living in Arizona 35+years. Joined the U.S. Army which brought me to Arizona. I am a self-employed business owner in Arizona. Still have family/friends in Kentucky and want to share this lakehouse with family and friends. Hope to be able to spend more time here when I retire. Previously owned a cabin near Taylorsville Lake, but my wife's dream is waterfront (bucket list item - she loves the water). Already making great memories with family and friends.
