Owners live in main house within same property. No extra guests, no parties, no illegal activities. The space Perfect place for a person to unwind and relax in a country setting. Clean and comfortable brick cottage offers a living room with wood burning stove, 55 inch smart tv, table space kitchen with stone counter tops, laundry room with full size washer/dryer, remodeled bathroom, spacious bedroom with wall to wall closets, and french doors leading to a private deck with views of the koi pond and gardens. Guest access Guest have access to the entire cottage. Patio with picnic table, gas grill, and gas fire pit. Please note the property is shared with the main house where the owners live Other things to note It is important to know that the property is located off a country road. Please be careful of wildlife while driving- we have deer, rabbits, and wild turkeys that travel around the neighborhood.
