Fantastic Swedish house with secluded location on lake property (only 10m to the lake)

The house is surrounded by fields and woods on a private lakeside property. You’ll usually have the lake all to yourself, as there are only two other houses on the lake. Motorboats are not allowed, so peace and quiet are guaranteed. At the house, you can go fishing, canoeing, hiking, biking, and cross-country skiing in the winter. There’s a fire pit by the lake for a campfire or for roasting bread on a stick. Inside, you’ll find a modern, fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher, induction stove, convection oven, refrigerator, and freezer), a large dining room, and a living room with a panoramic view of the lake.<br><br>An LCD TV with German satellite channels, as well as a CD and DVD player, are available. You’ll be living in the heart of Swedish nature, but of course, the house does have a standard toilet and shower. On the covered terrace, you can enjoy breakfast in the summer or simply take in the view of the lake. A private dock with a rowboat serves as a small lawn for sunbathing and playing in front of the house.<br><br>Extras: We’ve been renting this property since 1972 and have many German repeat guests. <br><br>A swimming pool and sauna are just 7 km away.
