The space The Villa covers 220 m2 and its architectural style smoothly blends the traditional with the urban-tech way of living and boasts 3 bedrooms, which can accommodate 6 guests. Ground Floor Black Pearl Villa offers a generously sized open-plan area, consisting of the living room and kitchen. The living area is spacious and airy and it offers comfortable sofas and a fireplace, a HDTV, while the kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast counter, as well as an indoor dining table for all guests. The living room and dining area also offer direct access to the pool area, through large glass doors. Additionally, on this floor, there are two bedrooms featuring King-size beds, one of which includes an ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms provide access to the outdoor area. Each bedroom is equipped with full air-conditioning and furnished with orthopedic mattresses for ultimate comfort. Completing this floor is a family bathroom featuring double sinks, a shower cabin, and a luxurious hydromassage feature. Lower Floor On the lower floor, an additional sitting area with home cinema, satellite HDTV, a game console, free WI-FI connection, CD and DVD players, guarantees to keep you entertained during your holidays. Furthermore, a gym, equipped with a treadmill, weights, and a multi-gym machine, is also at your disposal. Finally, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is also available. First Floor The first floor is complemented by an amazing master bedroom with a king-sized bed, offering stunning sea views, as well as an en-suite bathroom with a round hydromassage bathtub, double open showers, as well as a toilet room. The bedroom also provides access to a veranda with beautiful sea views. Outdoor Layout The outdoor area of Black Pearl Villa is beautifully landscaped, perfectly suited for experiencing great sunset moments, as it enjoys panoramic views of Elounda Bay and the Spinaloga peninsula. More specifically, the outdoor area features a variety of amenities which include: - a 40 m² private, infinity swimming pool.
