There is a large dining room with a beautiful solid wooden table and white leather chairs. Next to the dining room you will find a bright and spacious lounge with big panoramic windows with nice views of the distant sea. The lounge has three large comfortable sofas, air conditioning, flat screen TV, DVD player and Satellite with both English and German channels. The fitted kitchen is practical and fully equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher and a large fridge/freezer. There is plenty of storage space and a nice dining/breakfast area with stylish furniture. The kitchen has direct access out onto the swimming pool and terrace area. You will also find a cloak room and two bedrooms on the ground floor, one double room and one twin room, both with en suite shower rooms. The other two bedrooms are on the first floor, a beautiful double master bedroom with en suite full bath, and a twin bedroom with en suite shower room. All bedrooms -and other areas of the house- are air-conditioned with either cold or warm air, making the villa comfortable throughout the whole year.
