On private 1.7achers, dock, campfire pit with tripod for cooking. 12x20 patio with grill. Attached garage has large screen overhead door, keeps bugs away in the evenings. Has ping pong table. This is a small cabin, meant for sleeping and being outdoors during the day. Master bedroom queen select comfort bed. Bedroom 2 full over full bunk bed. Bedroom 3 queen over queen bunk bed. Queen sofa/sleeper. Lake Mary in the alexandria area has been considered one of the top 3 walleye lakes in the state, stocked annually. Nice private dock area with 8 X 8 deck on lake with bench. Campfire area with tire swing overlooks lake an dock. Guest access Entire cabin and garage area. Other things to note Please park in driveway only. Boat trailers can sit on grass. Neighbors prefer keeping street open. No smoking under roof. No pets. Douglas County rules Limit noise to 50db at property lines Limit day guests to double overnight guests.
