Amazing views, Spacious. Redgums Holiday House

Redgums has a maximum occupancy of 10, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. However for smaller groups we offer 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The basic tariff is set for a group of 6. Very central location on the valley floor just behind the main street, so an easy 3 minute walk to the shops and cafes. Plenty of heating and cooling options. Each bedroom has an individual split system. King bed available by arrangement. Includes all linen and towels. The space It is a great place for a larger group. Large verandah across the back of the house with an undercover BBQ and an awesome fire pit area as well. The spacious back lawn also includes a swing set and trampoline. However if you have a very small group then we may have to close off some of the rooms in the house. Please contact us for further information. The rates include all linen; negotiable rates if you bring your own linen. Contact host for information. Guest access The whole house for a large group. Some rooms will be closed off with a small group. All outside space, great to see all the wildlife passing through. Two undercover areas. One at the front and one at the back. A fire pit area is provided for guests, please limit the amount of wood used to 1-2 wheel barrows a day if using it as a surcharge will be applied if excessive wood is used during your stay, this is so all future guests can also enjoy the fire pit. Other things to note Do not approach the wildlife. The kangaroos, emu's & deer can inflict serious injury, so please warn children not to attempt to play with them. Due to National Park classification, with abundant wildlife all around the property, we cannot allow you to bring pets to Redgums. Sorry. We would love to take our dogs on holidays with us too, but it is not practical. A word of warning about the kangaroos (and all wildlife) that are often found relaxing on the property. These animals are wild and should not be approached. They can inflict serious injury if a person gets too close. They should hop away quickly, but if they do not then it is because they are old or sick, and be very cautious, and keep a safe distance away from them. Do not allow children to approach the kangaroos On days where we have guests arriving/departing the same day the checkin and checkout times may be earlier or later than advised.
