We recently added a new king size purple mattress in the master bedroom and a new queen size Serta pillow top in the second room. Walking distance from several restaurants. Huge west facing balcony for people watching and great sunsets. During the winter months of Jan-April we require a 2-3 month minimum rental. The rest of the year requires a 30 day minimum.
