Sol Oasis - A sanctuary of comfortable space.

Clean, classic & pleasant retreat. 10 minutes to Horseshoe Bend, or Antelope Canyon. We'd like to welcome you to enjoy the luxuries of Sol Oasis & unwind in our newly redesigned home. Grill at sunset & have an outdoor meal before heading in to our 4k surround sound TV, and finish on your tempur pedic bed. Only 10 minute walk to downtown supermarket/restaurants & the golf course/mesa trail. Fast WIFI , new washer/dryer & plenty of boat parking w/ security cameras, and TV's in the mess & master. The space The living room is clad with leather couches, southwest sandstone tables, and my personal artwork/photography, as well as a 4k television with 5.1 surround. The bathrooms are recently refinished, with high flow/pressure showers, and new vanities. The kitchen is also redone for functionality, with a center island, and open to the dining room for a communal feel. As an additional touch you will find things like a Vita-mix, popcorn maker, ceramic non-stick pans, large glass ware, etc. This kitchen is my home, and I think you'll find it's a pleasure to cook in. The outdoor patio is a shared space. We recently laid the pavers, and the rear fence is not mine, unfortunately. They two sides are separated loosely by a white fence, but the space could easily be shared if you were to rent both sides at once. The basement is unfinished, and is for laundry - with two very nice LG units. Upstairs, you'll find the comforts of beds that you'll perhaps never want to get out of, and plenty of functional space like a glass desk for working/researching, a television from your master suite, and plenty of storage. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire side of the "A" unit. The basement contains the washer and dryer, please feel free to go downstairs to use the washer/dryer! There is a locked door opposite the washer/dryer in the basement, which should not be entered, and is where the cleaning supplies are kept. Other things to note Sol Oasis means "Oasis of Sunshine" or of the sun. The sun is nearly always shining brightly here (remember sunglasses and sunscreen). The garden is all freshly installed in the front (as well as all the landscaping). I've carefully selected and planted these desert plants to support my belief in zero-scape, and to support our planet by installing mostly native fauna which requires less water than a grass lawn. I hope you'll take a moment to take a look at the plants and perhaps try to identify them (don't touch the cactus). Also, please respect that water in the desert is a precious resource. Use water sparingly, but don't feel shy to sprinkle a little water on my desert plants when it's hot, I'm sure they'd be grateful. Please note: leaving dirty dishes, or a dirty grill is subject to an additional $35 fee. There is no dishwasher, and this compensates the staff for additional time spent. Extra linens can be provided for longer stays at a cost of $15. Please message us for this accommodation. In addition, if you'd like cleaning to occur midweek during a longer stay, we can have our staff come by for the typical cleaning fee ($85).
