Stock up your fridge and prepare your favorite recipes in the well-equipped, eat-in kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, and then dine indoors at the kitchen table, in the formal dining area, or outside on your furnished deck. This home also includes a furnished sunroom, a cozy main living area with a TV for streaming your favorite channels, and a small room with a view off the primary bedroom upstairs - a wonderful spot for morning coffee or lazy afternoons with a good book and a mug of tea. Outside, cast a line from the dock or paddle off in one of the provided watercraft , You'll also find a gas grill for summertime barbecues and a lakeside firepit. THINGS TO KNOW Full kitchen (no dishwasher). Streaming TV services require guest accounts to access. Two paddle boards and three kayaks are available for guest use, though guests are required to sign a waiver to use them. Guest access You'll check yourself in directly to the unit using the access code provided in your arrival email. Upon parking, walk to the storm door and you'll see a lockbox. Turn the numbers to your code, open it, and you'll find the front door key to the right of the box. Standard check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. Other things to note The property includes complimentary start-up amenities: toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, dishwasher pods, sponge, dish soap, laundry soap, and hand soap. You're responsible for any additional supplies needed during your stay. All linens and towel sets are provided, with backups available in the unit. Beach towels are in the second floor hall closet. Trash pickup happens once weekly Monday through Friday-your bins will be collected discreetly from the exterior area behind the shed.
