Just 15 minutes to Burnside Island Boat Ramp, 20 minutes to Somerset, KY for all your shopping and dining needs. You will also get seasonal lake view. Guest access Full house with the exception of the Jacuzzi tub. Owner has requested that quests not use it. Other things to note You will need to provide your own fire wood for the back yard fire pit. Please bring camp chairs if you plan to utilize this space. Pets must be house broken and well behaved. If pets will be left alone they must be in a pet cage to prevent possible damage to home. Pets will also need to be tied up when outside to prevent them from wondering off to other peoples property.
