Welcome to the village of Gîtes du Moulin Neuf! In the heart of the Nantes Vineyard, for your family reunions, birthdays, weddings, associative meetings, seminars... you will enjoy the exceptional natural setting of the banks of the Sèvre Nantaise and the authentic charm of this old village of Tisserand with its Moulin à Foulon. We welcome you all year round in our Logis Groupe with its 50m² room, its equipped professional kitchen (free management) as well as its 30 beds. The space The vacation rental consists of 3 levels: - Ground floor: 50 m² reception room for up to 49 people, with equipped professional kitchen (dishes included). Parties are allowed with a cut-off of music at 2 a.m. 1 toilet. - 1st floor: 1 rest area (sofa), 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds + sink, 1 bedroom with 5 single beds (including 1 bunk bed) + sink, 1 bedroom with 6 single beds (including 2 bunk beds) + sink. 3 showers + 2 toilets. - 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 4 single beds + sink, 3 bedrooms with 3 single beds (including 1 bunk bed) + sink, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds + sink. 1 equipped kitchen. 3 showers + 3 toilets. - riverside garden with barbecue and wooden forest tables. - Other: TV. Washing machine. Bed linen and towels included. Free Wi-Fi access. Possibility of cleaning fee for €250. Possibility to supplement the beds with other cottages of 2/4 places, 5 places, 4/6 places or 8/10 places on the same site (village of 11 cottages for a total capacity of 82 beds). Guest access Free private parking (unattended). From the parking lot, access to the cottage and the river is via a small pedestrian path (no vehicle access).
