Relax on the screened oceanfront porch, where you can listen to the waves and enjoy the coastal breeze, or unwind on the back deck overlooking the creek, an ideal spot to watch breathtaking sunsets over the marsh. The home features a completely renovated kitchen (2026) with modern updates designed for both convenience and style. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric, down-draft stove, Keurig, and a traditional coffee maker, making it easy to prepare meals and gather with family and friends. Additional updates throughout the home enhance the comfort while maintaining the relaxed coastal charm that makes Fincastle feel like a true home away from home. The main level includes four bedrooms arranged in an H-style layout, with convenient Jack-and-Jill bathrooms connecting each pair of rooms, perfect for families or groups traveling together. A fifth bedroom with a private bath is located underneath the house, providing extra privacy for guests hosting 2 twin beds. The home’s open floor plan creates a welcoming space for gathering, whether you’re playing cards at the table, sharing meals, or relaxing in the living room watching TV. With oceanfront access, a private creek dock, and peaceful natural surroundings, Fincastle offers a unique Pawleys Island experience, perfect for making lasting memories by the sea. Other things to note - Guest renting property must be 25 years or older and is fully responsible for the property during stay - NO SMOKING OR VAPING ALLOWED IN THE PROPERTY OR ON ANY DECKS, BALCONIES, AND/OR PORCHES - NO HOUSE PARTIES OR EVENTS - number of guests cannot exceed the occupancy of the property. Overcrowding/over occupancy will result in termination of the reservation. - DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE - Guests shall not rearrange or move the furniture. Any damage or if it is necessary for the Property Management company to move furniture back to its original location will be at the cost of the guest. - Check-in Instructions: check-in is at 4:00pm on date of arrival and you will come to the Property Management office and pick up your check in packet if your property is keyed. If your property is keyless, your keyless code will be emailed to you 2 days prior to arrival and will be activated at 4pm on day of arrival. DO NOT go to the property as this will delay your check-in time. - Checkout Instructions: checkout is at 10:00am no exceptions. If your property is keyed, your will drop off your keys at the Property Management Office by 10:00am. If your property is keyless, please use the code provided at check in to lock the property upon your departure. Before departure, put all trash in plastics bags and place in the outside garbage containers or dumpster. Wash all dishes or load the dishwasher and start it before leaving. Strip beds of linens and put mattress pads and comforters back on. Place rented linens on front porch in a bundle or in the blue bags provided. Check carefully for clothing and personal items before you depart. There is a handling fee plus the cost of shipping to return your items. Securely lock the property upon departure.
