You'll have just what you need with a beautiful view in the oceanfront living room, a separate dining area, a fully equipped and updated kitchen, and completely redone bathrooms. You can pop down to the beach easily at any time, but you can always relax on your oceanfront balcony and take in the stunning sunrises and breathe in the soothing salt air. The location is convenient as you're within walking distance of notable restaurants like the 45th Street TapHouse Bar & Grille, Seacret's, Belly Busters and more, plus you're a short drive away from Jolly Roger Amusement and Water Park and the famous Ocean City Boardwalk. Accommodating up to six guests, the primary bedroom has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom has two double beds. Property rents Saturday-Saturday in season and any three nights off season. Guest supplies sheets, towels, soaps and all paper products. There is a washer and dryer located in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Non-smoking/vaping. Smoking on balconies and in common areas is prohibited by the building management. Smoking is allowed in parking lot only. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
