The space While close to town, the house is on four acres of wooded space that gives plenty of privacy around the house and a large one-acre front yard for your kids to have a place to play. Our unique, historic property features multiple spaces for dining and relaxing, and plenty of room inside and outside for gathering, while still having space to unwind. The fully equipped kitchen and well-stocked pantry gives you almost everything you need to prepare meals for your guests. The kitchen is equipped with all the traditional pots and pans, and includes Instapot, air fryer, food processor, crock pot and blenders. The pantry is stocked with many essential staples to minimize your trips to the grocery store. Living spaces include a formal dining room and traditional living room, along with the eat-in kitchen. Bridgton is a family-oriented community with something for everyone. In addition to pristine Highland Lake, the town has easy access to ski resort, snowmobile trails, multiple wooded hiking trails, shopping, restaurants, movie venue, multiple performing arts centers, art galleries, and an art/inventions museum! Guest access First floor access to two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, connected ½ bath. The second bedroom has a single queen bed. For guest parties of 5 to 6, a third bedroom is available upstairs with connected, fully enclosed three season porch. Downstairs living space includes main dining room, living room and 3/4 bathroom. The kitchen has a breakfast table for up to 5, with full stocked kitchen and pantry. U shaped driveway offers plenty of room for cars and snowmobile trailers. Connected shed offers plenty of space out of the elements for skis and equipment.
