Our cottage is designed for groups looking for a premium, smoke-free, and pet-free environment. Spread out across a meticulously designed interior featuring a wheelchair-friendly main level with a ramp, a low bathroom sink, and a walk-in shower. Enjoy the outdoors from our expansive decks, including a main level stone table with killer views or the lower level 5-person hot tub, operational year-round. Summer: weekly Sunday to Sunday bookings The space The property features 3 enclosed bedrooms plus two additional sleeping areas (including a trundle bed and a Queen Murphy bed) and 3 bathrooms. Our long driveway easily accommodates 4-5 cars and trailers for those bringing boats, sleds, or sea-doos. Explore the nearby Marina (7 mins away) to rent a boat or seadoo, or visit the world famous Haliburton Forest and Wild Life Reserve (8 mins away) for mountain biking, tree-top trekking, Wolf Centre, snowshoeing, hiking, ATV trail, ice climbing, ice fishing, etc). What is provided: -Full bed linens and towels: Bed sheets, comforters, pillows, and bath towels are provided. Feel free to bring extra towels for the lake. -Kitchen Essentials: All cookware, dinnerware, wine glasses, and appliances including a Keurig, regular coffee maker, and Espresso machine with milk frother. -Starter Supplies: Kitchen linens (paper towels, sponges, kitchen towels, j-cloths), hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. -Entertainment: Fast WiFi, Amazon Fire Stick TVs, a games room with a pool table, poker table, Pac-Man arcade, and indoor basketball. -Outdoor Fun: Firewood for the wood fireplace and front yard fire pit (7 Muskoka chairs provided), badminton net/racquets, kayaks, pedal boat, and stand-up paddle boat (seasonal) with life jackets. -Fast WIFI: Bell Fiber high-speed internet provides consistent speeds for streaming your favourite apps on Amazon Fire Stick TVs or taking Zoom calls while you "work from home" at the cottage. -Drinking water: The cottage water filtered from a deep drilled well. The water that flows from the small water tap next to the kitchen faucet also undergoes reverse osmosis. Guest access - Guests have full access to the cottage and property (excluding the garage and owner's closets). - A public boat launch is located less than 5 minutes away for those bringing watercraft. Other things to note WINTER (December to April): Cottage country can witness a fair amount of snow during the winter months with icy buildup on the roads. AWD vehicles with winter tires are a must. Campfire Bylaws: Between April 1st and October 31st, campfires are strictly allowed only from 7pm to 7am per town bylaw. Waste Management: As there is no curbside pickup, all garbage must be removed from the premises and taken to the nearby landfill at the end of your stay. Septic Care: We are on a septic system; please do not pour fats down the drain; flush only human waste and toilet paper, and limit laundry to 1 load per day. WATER ACTIVITIES: Use water vessels at your own risk. Everyone must wear a lifejacket and carry a bailor kit while on the water. While the main level of the cottage is wheelchair friendly, there are steps leading down to the lake which may not be suitable for all guests. For your safety, the exterior of the property is monitored by security cameras.
