This Resort style Oasis is designed with calm bright colors, high-quality bedding, and modern stainless-steel appliances - all in order for you to spend time here in comfort. From the moment you open those French doors you come across a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities needed to enjoy cooking a nice warm meal for all your family and friends. You will then come cross two bathrooms and a bedroom in each side of the wing set up with Kings size beds, lushes' pillows, a dresser, built in closets and 55' TVs. When you open the second set of French doors you are greeted by high-beamed ceilings, a large Livingroom hosting an 82' TV, equipped with a pool table and a Bar area with a second TV, a wine cooler and mini fridge. Guest access You will have access to the entire Guest home including all the amenities the front and the back of the home has to offer. You will also have access to the basketball court that is located in the front by the parking area if you wish to play ball. **** NOTE: The Pool is NOT HEATED. The pool can be heated for an additional charge of $250 per day, with a 3 day minimum required from November 1 thru May 31, as it is a very big pool, which takes time to heat and is costly. *Heating the pool without prior consent or paid fee will be subject to pay $250 dollars per day. Thank you for understanding. ***NOTE: Dogs are NOT ALLOWED. We love our furry friends but unfortunately, our daughter is allergic to dogs. If a dog/s arrives with you during check in or dog hair is found after checking out. We will be applying a $150-dollar fee per day per pet which will cover the sanitizing and steaming fee of all furniture.
