Cabin on the water!

Veteran and Nurse owned Cabin that overlooks the Medunkeunk Stream. As you go inside you will find a nice screened in porch, then step up through the door into the kitchen where you will find a full-sized stove, mid-sized refrigerator and all utensils and dishware needed, then into the wide pine floor Livingroom with a sleeper sofa, TV, WIFI, there you can go up the stairs into the loft which has 2 twin sized beds and chair futon. Full bath with shower, sink, and toilet. All linens and bath towels provided. Recently installed Heat pump for comfort. The outhouse outside is for decoration only. Canoe and Kayak with launch streamside, just a few minutes paddle to the mighty Penobscot River. Trailer 5 miles for Access to ATV trails, ( Check with local club for trail closures Penobscot off road riders). After a hard day's play, relax on the screened porch or Roast S'mores at the outdoor fire pit and enjoy the peaceful evenings. Private road for long walks. Primitive campsites within walking distance also available for larger parties please ask. Your just 10 mins from the town of Lincoln, ME which offers supply stores. shops, and restaurants. 1.5 hours to Baxter State Park's South Entrance. 2 hours to Acadia National Park. Other Notables The local ecosystem fosters a healthy population of mosquitos, black flies, hornets, peepers etc. Bug spray may be essential for an enjoyable stay. We, please ask that you (DO NOT FEED THE ANIMALS) or try to pet them, keep your distance at all times and take good pictures.
