Venture off of the patio, and you will also find a firepit area where guests can make s'mores or cook on the grill. ✔ Outdoor dining table on patio ✔ Picnic table by outdoor grill ✔ Cornhole Game ✔ Fire Pit with Adirondack Chairs ❤️RIVER ACCESS: - Guests will have direct access to the river where you can fish from the bank or walk out to the gravel bar (just bring your own fishing poles). - Path to the river starts to the left of the house and follows a trail to a set of stairs, down the stairs follow the old train track to the left and you will see a mowed path down to the river. The path is steep, so please proceed with caution. ⛔️ STRICTLY NO PETS ALLOWED. Our home is in the country and on a river- which means we share our space with nature. We offer bug spray in the bathroom off of the living room, but you will encounter some local critters, especially near outdoor lights in the evenings. If a completely bug-free environment is essential, this riverfront home in the country may not be a good fit. If you are traveling with children we have some kid appropriate dishware which you are welcome to use. There are also a few nets for the kids wanting to fish for critters in the river. Please be cautious, as river access with smaller children may be difficult, the last path into the water is steep ‼️⛔️‼️ Guest access Please park on the gravel area at the back of the house For every reservation, regardless of the length of stay, we will only be responsible for providing a start pack for the essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, towels, etc. Anything extra will have to be shouldered or provided by the guest. The cleaning fee pays for a third-party professional housekeeper to clean our home! At least two cleaners come onsite for every clean, they scrub, vacuum, mop, replace all the sheets and towels in the entire home, and more! A list of cleaning services performed by the company can be supplied at your request. No diving, no running, no glass while in the river. ‼️Children must be supervised at all times and you are responsible for ensuring their safety. ‼️ Smoking is not allowed inside our home, including vaping. **Important** Please make your reservation for the number of guests in your group. We do our best to provide a few items on-site to enhance guests' stay such as a bath towels for every guest, hand towels, washcloths, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, lotion, soap, toothbrush, and toothpaste. All hand soap are from Bathouse Soapery and Caldarium located in Hot Springs. Bar soap and lotion is from a local source: Farm Fresh Beauty. Guest access Keyless entry for 100% contactless check-in. Other things to note Our home sits on a hill above the Caddo River, please follow all paths for your safety. The hill is steep, please be mindful when stepping down.
