Verde Beach House is a lovely, detached holiday home with shared swimming pool, offering the most stylish interiors and a virtually unique position just a few steps away from the famous beach of Barbati (well known for its crystal clear waters, glorious sunny weather, glamorous beach bars). Sleeping up to 4 guests, this property will impress for its modern decor, summer felling and great value for money. The space Thanks to its extensive private wide terraces, pleasant views, air-conditioned interiors, close proximity to amenities of any kind (including a swimming pool reserved for the guests of the complex), this is the perfect choice for all those guests looking for a superior holiday experience without the need to rely constantly on a car: being located just steps from the bay, no steep walks are required to get to/from the beach! Inside, the house is set over 2 floors and has been carefully designed for summer living. The interiors, compact and functionals, are classy and airy. Large windows provide plenty of natural light and beautiful views over the Ionian Sea and the green hills. Entrance is onto the spacious lounge with adjoining well equipped kitchen and dining area. The lounge features a comfortable sofa, satellite TV (free channels), wi-fi internet connection, beautiful sea views, patio doors leading to the front furnished terrace (perfect for al-fresco dining). Two different staircases, located at the edges of the lounge, lead to the lower level, where the bedrooms are located. Each bedroom has its own dedicated staircase and its own en-suite bathroom with shower. The comfortable beds are doubles. Despite having no doors due to the peculiar layout, the clever design with 2 different staircases ensures excellent privacy to both bedrooms. For the comfort of our guest, the house is air-conditioned (included in the rental rate). Outside, the large terrace of the villa, furnished with tables and chairs for al-fresco dining, is the perfect setting for outdoor living all summer long pampered by the gentle breeze. Guests staying in Verde Beach House also has free access to the large swimming pool of the complex, which also features a great beachfront restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Yet, with such a perfect beach just 1 minute away from your doorstep, the choice between sea and pool will be really hard! Private, reserved parking for 1 car is available on the premises. NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes everything, and no extras are required locally. Wi-fi internet, air-doncitioning, maid service twice a week, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week are included in the rental rates. Other things to note On the 15th of December 2023, the Greek Government introduced a new tax on holiday rentals with the aim to fight the climate emergency. The new “climate resilience tax” bacame effective in 2024 and will be consequently increased from 1st of January 2025 to the foreseen amount of 2 euros per property per night for studios and apartments and 15 euros per property per night for villas and large holiday homes (details are still under review, and official figure for each specific property will be added to the pre arrival info for all our guests). Therefore, for example, a stay of 7 nights in a villa during 2025 summer (non depending on the number of guests staying) will have a total climate resilience tax of euros 105. For all the existing and future reservations, the amount will be payable locally on arrival. Despite being this a sudden decision, which caused a considerable surprise in ourselves, we are therefore obliged to comply with the new regulation informing all our present and future guests of this extra charge.
