Tranquil setting across from a bird sanctuary, take the golf cart to the association beach or you can walk to the public beach and nine-hole golf course. The house has 2 bedrooms on 1st floor and an elevator to 2nd floor (access to elevator will be off unless specifically requested and needed) ABSOLUTELY NO WEDDINGS OR EVENTS The space Direct waterfront 6 bedroom contemporary colonial with private primary suite that offers all the comforts of a luxury home. You can leave all your cares behind while you relax on the private deck off the primary suite, with a stunning view of Long Island Sound. We are 10 minutes from the Stratford train station and a 2 hour train ride to NYC. The large outdoor patio running along the entire back of the house can be accessed by several sliding glass doors off the main living space and first floor bedroom. A heated pool and spa with electric safety cover to keep kids safe when not in use. Comfortable outdoor furniture perfect for a mid -afternoon snooze. Lunch or dinner can be prepared in the outdoor kitchen equipped with a grill, refrigerator, and plenty of counter space. There is also a large table on the patio. Rest assured you of room on the property for running barefoot while enjoying outdoor games and activities. You will have direct access to Long Island Sound. Water lovers, bring your paddle boards! If you prefer a sandy beach, a 5 minute ride on the golf cart will take you to the lovely Short Beach. The hot tub is available year-round, and the pool can be heated off season from Oct 1 -May 1 for an additional cost.
