A small domaine of 3 historical houses with more than 1 hectare of private prairie and meadow land. A babbling river runs across the property. The natural salt water pool is nestled in amongst flowering trees and shrubs. Magnificent views of the valley from the terraces, and shade can be found under the rose and wisteria pergola. Once inside the houses are a labyrinth of rooms and secret passage which provide hours of fun for children and adults alike! The space Le Jardin del Sud is a family property composed of several historical houses including an 18th century priest's house, a 17th century farmhouse, a winegrower's house, historical wells. Located in the heart of the Haut Languedoc Natural Park, the three houses offer a unique view of its park planted with fruit and olive trees, the meadow and the stream crossing the property. The large terraces overlooking the mountains and the shaded pergola covered with wisteria and roses are perfect for relaxing outdoors. Le Jardin del Sud offers three independent houses, classified 3 Stars, preferably to rent together but also individually as well as a suite that can be attached to one or the other. The 3 houses consist of : 3 houses, 1 suite with private bathroom, 8 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 kitchens, Living rooms, games room , 4 terraces. They are ideal for cool holidays with friends, family gatherings, seminars, internships, yoga classes, art courses and writing courses in all seasons. They are decorated soberly but elegantly with antique furniture from the region. The 12 x 4 metre natural swimming pool, filtered with salt, is surrounded by palm trees and rosemary and blends harmoniously into the surrounding nature. The pool times for guests are 7:00-12:30 and 14:30-19:00 if the owner happens to be staying on the estate. It is located in the Haut-Languedoc Natural Park just a few kilometres from the village of Olargues, classified as one of the "most beautiful villages in France". A few minutes by car you will also discover: - the beautiful valley of the Orb and its charming villages of Vieussan, Ceps or Roquebrun. You can canoe, swim or go for long walks on donkeys (20 mn by car) -The magnificent Heric gorges: hiking, climbing, caving and swimming (15 mn by car) -The fine sandy beaches of the Mediterranean (1h15 by car) -the historic towns of Carcassonne, Narbonne, Béziers and Montpellier, as well as the Cathar village of Minerve.
