Comfortable and Quiet 1 BR Closed to the Eiffel Tower

This is one of most elegant areas of Paris (trocadero ) . The trocadero square where you have a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower is a 5 minutes walk . you are 10 minutes to the Champs Elysees . The rest of Paris is easily reachable with 3 metro stations at walking distance ( etoile line 1, 2 and 6 boissiere line 6 and iena line 9) The apartment is located at the second level without elevator of a xix century building . The building is very secure. The apartment consists of a main room with a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa, a bathroom with a large shower, a closet with a combo washer and drier, a separate toilet and 1 bedroom with a queen size bed. each room has a door and its own independent entrance. The apartment is quiet and has a courtyard view. The all-inclusive rental fee covers quality linens and towels. The area is very safe. There is a large range of cafes and restaurants. There is one supermarket in the immediate neighborhood. The popular marche de l'Alma , one of the best open air markets of Paris, open on wednesdays and saturdays is 2 blocks away . Please be aware of the contractual 40 euro for any check in before 100pm and after 900pm. If the apartment is not rented the night before the 40 euro applies in all cases. If the apartment is rented the night before we do not charge the early check in, we can check you in starting 1000am, keep your luggage but ask you to leave the apartment until the cleaning is finished i.e., around 100pm.
