Indipendent villa with 22 sleeps composed by 2 villas each with a pool. The two villas are separated by a pine forest and are 200 m away from each other. PALAZZO DELLE ROSE Independent Villa with 12 sleeps. On the ground floor there are a living room with fireplace (decorative) and table for 12 people, satellite TV and stereo, a kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, oven and fridge, laundry. On the first floor there are a kitchen with gas stove, oven, fireplace (decorative) and small terrace, a living room with phone and internet connection, three bedrooms, a double room, panoramic balcony. Three rooms have their own bathroom with shower, the fourth has a private bathroom with shower but it’s not ensuite. On the second floor there are a a double room with private bathroom with shower outside the room, a double room with private bathroom with shower. All double rooms can become double on request. On the ground floor there are a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffee machine and toaster, a dining room with table for 10 people, satellite TV, telephone and fireplace (decorative), a reading room with stereo unit. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms (one of which converts to a twin) with en suite bathroom with shower, two double rooms with en suite bathroom with shower. In the tower, which can be accessed separately from the rest of the villa, on the ground floor there are a sofa with table and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is a double bed (on request also double) reached through a wooden staircase and a large terrace overlooking the valley.
