My Preferred Homestay in USJ9 Subang Jaya!

This Homestay is located in USJ Subang Jaya, a suburb of Kuala Lumpur. USJ9 is adjacent to Taipan Subang Jaya, a vibrant business hub. This is a fully-furnished home with a modern, contemporary interior decor. It is a home with a very large living room. In the recent past, we have hosted class gatherings and the like. Cleanliness is a topmost priority, a trait which we cherish all the time, and one that differentiates ours from others. The fee you see here is inclusive of all other fees. The space The interior of the Homestay is purposefully furnished to reflect a most modern contemporary setting that is quiet unrivalled. The expanse of space and its cleanliness are worthy attributes of this home. Our recent guests have included Chinese wedding couples who have used the home for their tea and 'chut-men' ceremonies. However, ours being merely a terrace house in a quiet neighbourhood, such function need to be scaled down. We are also honoured to have TV production houses with familiar actors and actresses come to our Homestay to do drama and commercial shootings! The homestay is a most ideal holiday accommodation, and a gathering place amongst friends and relatives. Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited in this rather quiet community. There are aircons for all 4 rooms, and the living cum dining space as well. There are actual beds for 10 adult guests, and four additional single, foldable mattresses for another 4 guests. All comforters and pillow covers are changed new for every check-in. There are 3 toilets altogether, all installed with hot water heaters. The dining area is co-joined with the living room in a seamless manner. The comforts of a modern home includes a fully-functioning wet kitchen area, filtered water, together with a washing machines, refrigerator, oven and essential utensils too. We have provided too, a water purifier (n hot water dispenser) to enable your easy making of v clean, hot drinks. The garden of the home is a properly manicured, a green oasis adding a soft compliment to the surrounding hardscape. The Homestay is WiFi enabled, and complimented with Netflix and access to your favourite streaming apps. USJ9 is adjacent to Taipan Subang Jaya in USJ10, a vibrant business hub with many fine dining places. Within minutes away is the famed Sunway Pyramid, and its resort, Sunway Lagoon. Sunway Pyramid is an all-in-one exhilarating, whole-day shopping experience. The diversity of shops in this shopping mall caters to the many needs and wants of each and all in the family. Sunway Lagoon is a popular theme park, a favored one especially with children. The other equally popular shopping malls are Subang Parade, Empire Subang and Main Place. We like to believe that this is your preferred home away from home, in sub-urban Subang Jaya, Malaysia! Guest access Guests will have access to all 4 rooms in the Homestay. As this is a quiet neighbourhood, we have a good understanding with our immediate neighbours to not disturb the peace of the neighbourhood. Other things to note The garden has been properly nurtured and cared, and we wish to preserve this green for our guests. As such, we do not allow vehicles to be driven and then parked in this green area inside the Homestay compound. Parking under the covered porch is highly recommended. The Homestay is located next to a corner lot, and this corner lot is along Jalan USJ9/1. Additional cars need to park along Jalan USJ9/1. Parking in front of neighbors' houses is strictly prohibited.
