Comfortably furnished with a queen-size bed in the bedroom and queen-size sofa-bed in the living room, sleeps four people maximum. Apollo condominium is located on the south end of Marco Island's famous white sandy beach. AMMENITIES: Heated Pool and Spa, Tennis Courts, Fitness Room and the Sunset Grill Restaurant & Bar for great food on the beach! Laundry available on each floor/ Rentals are Saturday to Saturday during the high season (Mid December until May 1st) 3 Night Minimum Reservations accepted in the off season. NOTICE: TURTLE NESTING SEASON From May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Renters/Guests agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred." Apollo registration fee $45 and a $75 hold which is returned on check out at the Apollo office when returning the parking tag. No parking tag returned then the $75 is charged.
