Our modern condo comes with a 42" Flat Screen TV with cable and DVD player to spend some quality time. Enjoy the ocean breeze and wake up with the sound of the waves as your alarm clock. Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to stay at home and cook some delicious meals. There are flat screen TVs in the living room and all bedrooms to keep everyone entertained. The master bedroom has a queen bed and guest bedroom has a queen bunk bed with a trundle. Both bathrooms have walk in showers with convenient grab bars suitable for everyone. This home is on the first level making it easily accessible to the beach where you can start your day and end your day with a stroll on the beach! Our condo faces Santa Cruz providing beautiful sunsets. Spend your evenings admiring the greenery on your very own deck where you can grill with a propane BBQ (Propane is not provided but 1lb canisters are available in lobby store for purchase.) All pillows, linens, towels and beach towels are provided. Stop by our gift store where you can find breakfast foods, beer & wine, comfy beach clothing, gifts, souvenirs, and great kites! Located in a gated community with an attendant 24 hours a day gives the comfort of a peaceful and quiet vacation. Spend family fun playing Pickle Ball, tennis or basketball with courts located on site. Stop by our lobby where we offer an assortment of loaner sports equipment for our renters including pickle ball sets! Conveniently located between Monterey and Santa Cruz makes for great day trips to enjoy fresh clam chowder at the wharf, the aquarium, boardwalk, and Cannery Row.
