Laundry room. FREE Covered Parking. The condo is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator). Guest access You will be able to access the entire unit, pool, fitness center and laundry room. You may also use the fire-pit (please put the fire out completely before leaving) and the gas grill. Other things to note The condo is located on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator in the building. Two flights of stairs are directly in front of the condo. We are located downtown so you may hear sirens, train horns and barge traffic at times.
