The house is off a well-maintained 4 lane road and 4WD is not required. * Minutes away from Evan’s Plunge, VA Hospital and services, Angostura Reservoir, Wind Cave, Moccasin Springs, Mammoth Site, Southern Hills Golf Course, and numerous lakes and parks * 30 minutes to Custer State Park * 45 minutes to Rapid City and Jewel Cave * 60 minutes to Mt Rushmore. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and window, and summer evenings are generally cool. * There are recording security cameras outside each entrance, for your safety and ours. These are not actively monitored unless there is an incident. * There is no cable TV at the house, but all TVs are capable of streaming.
