A sofa bed is in the living room which also includes a television. The bathroom has a bath/shower. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, hotplates and a microwave. Coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette set and fondue set are available. The space The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people (1 bedroom and 1 sofa bed). The kitchen open to the dining area and the living room allows you to enjoy the view of the mountains while cooking. Board games, books and DVDs are available. Guest access Free parking is located at the foot of the building. The apartment is ideally located 100 meters from the snow garden / Creux du Lavioz (catering, beginner skiing, sledding, ice rink & departure from the hiking park in winter / trampoline, football, tennis in summer), 250m from the playground for children, 600m from the Vercorin-Crêt-du-Midi gondola and 1.3km from the Sigeroulaz intermediate station but also 15 minutes on foot from the edge of the forest (easy access for walks and departure from the bike path , access to the Bisse de Vercorin and the Vallon de Réchy nature reserve). The village shops and restaurants as well as the ski lifts are within walking distance (10 min) and during the winter season a free shuttle stops in front of the apartment.
