Newly built in 2021 the property splits into 2 independent luxury villas which would provide privacy for multiple families. The interior is designed with modern detail with floor to ceiling windows, comfortable and tasteful furnishings, plus 2 saunas, and an activity rooms with a gym and a pool table.The outdoor is equipped with 2 infinity heatedpools, 2 Jacuzzis, your very own tennis court, a children’s playground, BBQ facilities and al-fresco dining areas. You will truly wish for nothing. With 10 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms the villa comfortably accommodates 20 guests.Young groups are welcome. In addition to Adriatic beaches being a quick 30-minute drive plenty of activities are offered in the area such as Dalmatian Balote, rent-a-quad, kayak rental on river Vrljica, swimming in Blue Lake and regional wine and liquor tasting.
