Santa’s Shack Whole House - Near Pictured Rocks

Pictured Rocks Family Rentals welcomes you to Santa's Shack Whole House! This is actually 2 apartments, Santa's Shack Upstairs and Downstairs, connected by a laundry room so you can go from 1 unit to the other without stepping outside :) Home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms. Conveniently located right behind gas station and walking distance to Foggy's Steakhouse and Casino. Christmas trailhead is only a couple blocks away. Home has tankless water heater so no cold showers! This home is 2 separate listings that we have combined into one to offer a location for larger groups that would like to have at least 2 bathrooms and more beds for their stay. This rental does not include Santa's Shack Studio unit located on same site. We added an on demand water heater so nobody has to dread taking the last shower in a large group, lol. The home is heated by natural gas wall heaters that do get hot to the touch, so please be careful with young ones. This home has 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is upstairs with a queen bed. Bedroom 2 is upstairs with a queen bed and a full on bottom/twin on top bunk bed. Bedroom 3 is downstairs with a queen bed and a private entrance to bathroom 2. The downstairs living room also has a queen sofa sleeper. Guests have access to whole house, they do not have access to the separate Santa's Shack Studio Apartment building onsite. We live nearby if you should need anything but will not come over unless you ask us to. If you have any questions/concerns, please message through the app or text, or call if it is an emergency. Walking distance to Foggy's Steakhouse, Christmas Casino, gas station/party store, and less than a mile to snowmobile/ORV trailhead. Less than 5 miles to downtown Munising and all of the Pictured Rocks boat tours, kayak rentals, etc. There is a large, wide driveway in front of the home and another driveway to the right of the buildings that all guests are welcome to use. For getting around, we recommend your own vehicles, unless you are coming to ride snowmobiles/ATVs. There also is a bus service called Altran, but you should call ahead to schedule pick ups/drop offs. *There is another rental unit on-site (Santa's Shack Studio) *The outdoor amenities are shared between all units (hot tub, fire pit, parking area, etc) *Quiet time is 10 pm to 8 am *There is 24 hr audio/video surveillance equipment facing all exterior entry doors *No unauthorized guests (people not included on reservation) allowed without preapproval from host *No animals allowed Signed rental agreement and security deposit hold required for all reservations. Primary guest will need to send a picture of government issued ID and list names and ages of all other guests in their group.
