Set on the edges of the River Forth with views to the nearby Clackmannan Bridge and Ochil Hills and also with easy access to the main road network, Higginsneuk is an ideal base for touring the Scottish heartlands. It was recently discovered through an archaeological dig, that the area, now known as Higginsneuk, dates back to the 1500s and was once the Royal dock for King James IV of Scotland. With ample living space in the large lounge, you can sit back and relax and watch the latest movie on the Smart TV or wander over to the window to look out over the ever changing vista of the Ochil Hills. Patio doors lead from the Lounge out to the extensive garden complete with Patio furniture and, with a BBQ provided, you can make the most of your time relaxing with family and friends of an evening. The fully fitted kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher makes cooking and entertaining an easy task after a hard day's sightseeing. A generously sized kitchen table is located in front of the kitchen window and the separate Utility room houses a washing machine and additional sink. There is also the added convenience of a downstairs WC. On the upper level, with the stairs accessed from the lounge, are the 2 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a King size bed and looks out towards the Ochil Hills.
