Villa Tikali offers a breathtaking 180° view from its large 60 m2 terrace, with no neighbors, of the mountains and the Caribbean Sea with the Pigeon Islands of the famous Cousteau Reserve, Guadeloupe National Park Reserve. You will be 5 minutes by car from the beach, where you can discover (by scuba diving or with fins, mask and snorkel) the beautiful seabed and turtles that are never far away! The space Villa Tikali, located in a quiet residential area of Bouillante, is a property renovated in 2022. Indeed, for your comfort, work has been carried out: new air conditioning in the 4 bedrooms, deck around the pool completely redone, furniture, dishes as well as bed and bath linen are all of quality and new. Rated 4-star furnished tourist accommodation by Atout France, it will offer you luxury and comfort thanks to its facilities and outdoor amenities. You enter the villa by first arriving in the beautifully decorated living room. You continue and then arrive in the fully equipped kitchen with a very pleasant central island. In the kitchen, large bay windows give you access to the beautiful and large 60 m2 terrace with panoramic views. On this terrace, a large table that can seat 10 people as well as a low garden furniture for aperitifs will allow you to comfortably enjoy the magnificent sunsets. Inside, the large living room gives access to the four air-conditioned bedrooms: two large 27 m2 bedrooms with a 160 bed and a dressing room, and two smaller bedrooms with 2 single beds (installed as a 160 bed on request) and a dressing room. You will have 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower and toilet, with one single sink and the second a double sink. A mezzanine will allow you to store your belongings: suitcases or diving equipment for divers coming equipped to our island. For your comfort, we use a concierge who will be happy to contact you a few weeks before your stay to organize your arrival and offer you services such as meal delivery or shopping for the evening of your arrival or the organization of activities. She will be there to welcome you upon arrival and show you around the villa and answer any questions you might have during your stay. A 10% discount will be made on the second week for a minimum stay of 14 nights. From the terrace, you can access the pool area via a staircase. A large, completely refurbished deck goes around the pool and you can sit in the sun or in the shade on deckchairs while looking at the sea.
