The home is wheelchair friendly with zero entry and an elevator. The basement features a workout space for the adults and trampoline for the kids. The outside space is just as nice as the indoor space. Walk through the back courtyard and along the portico that leads to the heated pool. There is ample seating throughout the outdoor space. The pool cabana features a tv, and mini fridge. There are pool toys available too! You will thoroughly enjoy your stay in this tranquil environment. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home other than the owners personal property and belongings. Other things to note Within walking distance; grocery store, gas station, McDonald's, Tom's Drive-In, and Fresh Air Park on Lake Winnebago. Neenah boasts a quaint downtown with excellent restaurants (our favs are Greene's Pour House and Cannovas), many coffee shops (our favs are Shellattes and Lawlss Coffee), several spas and relaxation places (Radiance Spa and Buoy Float Spa to name some of our favorites), taverns (Lion's Tail Brewing, Greene's Pour House, and Barrel 41 Brewing Company, which is within walking distance). The parks are endless here too. Two of our parks offer splash pads; Shattuck Park and Washington Park. Downtown Neenah has ice skating during the winter months and tons of events in the summer months at The Plaza. There is also a public pool; The Neenah Pool a half mile from our home. Neenah just has so much to offer and is centrally located to everything in the Fox Cities. Oshkosh is 10 minutes south and has museums (Paine Art and Oshkosh Public Museum), tons of restaurants, and an amazing small water park (Pollock Pool). Appleton is 10 minutes north and has fun adventure parks for kids and adults alike (Urban Air and Altitude Trampoline Park), tons of restaurant options, Timber Rattlers stadium, and shopping galore. Green Bay is 50 minutes north and hosts the Green Bay Packers stadium and Oneida Casino. Milwaukee is about 90 minutes south and home to the Milwaukee Brewers!
