The space “Via Marenda” – Modern Apartment in the Heart of Old Antibes Located in a new development in the pedestrian center of historic Old Town Antibes, this east-facing apartment lets you enjoy your morning coffee in the sun on the balcony. Sleeping Arrangements: Main bedroom: Double bed (140x200 cm) Second bedroom: Two single beds (80 x 200 cm) Living room: Pull-out couch (150x200 cm when open, prepared only for extra paying guests) Features: Essentially equipped kitchen Balcony (east-facing) with small table & chairs Full bathroom: Bathtub with shower head, double sink, toilet Separate toilet room with washing machine Underground parking available (please confirm in advance) Towels/Bed linens: Standard quality Important Notes: Heating function of towel racks is disabled due to past safety concerns For any specific needs (beds, linens, kitchen items, entertainment, etc.), please contact us before booking. Please note: There is ongoing construction in the surrounding area. The work schedule is outside our control and can vary from day to day — some days may be very quiet, while on other days there may be construction noise, occasionally starting early in the morning. We are unable to predict the exact schedule in advance. The apartment has good soundproof windows, which can help significantly reduce the noise when closed. We appreciate your understanding. A few details: - Booking Requirements: For security reasons, we reserve rights to refuse or cancel bookings from guests without prior positive reviews, no full name or profile photo does not clearly show guest face. - Check-in 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out before 10:00 AM. As we have a tight turnaround for cleaning and limited staff availability between bookings, we're unable to offer early check-in (before 3 PM), very late check-in (after 10 PM), or late check-out. ! - Please note that this is a new building with an eco-standard central air system. Its heating and cooling capacity is affected by the outside temperature — for example, on very cold days (around 0-5°C outside), the indoor temperature may only reach about 18°C/20°C even if set higher. Similarly, on very hot days (around 35-38°C outside), the indoor temperature may only cool down to about 25°C. Also, the building association decides each year when to switch between heating and cooling mode, the exact dates can vary each year. - Photos: Listing photos are for reference and not contractual, reflecting the general style and layout of the space. - Pet Policy: Pets are generally not permitted. Small (<6kg), hypoallergenic, non-shedding, house-trained dogs may be considered with prior approval and an additional fee. Please reach out before booking. - Keys: One set of keys/fobs is provided. - Consumables: We supply starter toiletries, paper goods, coffee pods, etc., to get you settled. Guests are responsible for restocking based on their personal preferences during their stay. We don't use paper towels. - Please note: Construction work is taking place on a neighbouring historic building. Some days there may be noise starting in the early morning.
