On the main level, you’ll find two thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The serene primary suite features a king bed, private bath with a tub/shower combo, and tranquil views of the lake. Nearby, the bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks is perfect for kids or teens and has easy access to a full hall bathroom. Downstairs, a private queen suite offers the ultimate retreat with its own entrance, full bath, K-cup coffee maker, mini fridge, and microwave. Contact us for availability and booking options. 📌 Booking & House Policies 📝 Signed Rental Agreement Required All reservations must include a signed lease agreement, a valid ID, and a selfie for verification. This must be completed within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation. A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property. ⏰ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability. 💍 No Weddings or Events To ensure a relaxing environment for all guests and neighbors, weddings and large events are not permitted. 🐶 Pet-Friendly with Fee We welcome up to two dogs!
