The Ranch house is located in the heart of California's North Coast wine country. There are options for wine tasting in all directions; head south and you are in the heart of Sonoma County, head north and you get to experience Mendocino County wine country, to the east is Napa Valley and to the West is amazing coastal wineries. Just down the road there is the opportunity for a once in a lifetime experience of skydiving and many other outdoor activities; hiking, biking, boating at Lake Sonoma and so much more! Our Ranch House is completely remodeled from its former 1970's status. This home boasts an open floor plan. No more being stuck in the kitchen by yourself! Now, everyone can be together enjoying conversation, cooking, and the incredible view. In addition, the house has new bamboo floors, quartz countertops and custom-made cabinets in kitchen and bath. This home has three bedrooms. The master bedroom is accompanied by a master bath and walk-in closet. The bedroom features a California King bed and eastern views. There are two other guest rooms both sporting spectacular views and both with queen beds. The additional bed is a sleeper sofa with brand new air dream mattress. No more springs in the back! There is a large Redwood deck that looks east and south over the town of Cloverdale. The views of the mountains are awe-inspiring! The kitchen includes all new appliances, including a gas range, microwave, refrigerator with icemaker and a dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer available for use if needed. Enjoy breakfast or a cup of coffee on a chair in the front yard or a picnic beneath the trees. Host a wine tasting on the back deck through the lounge after wine tasting in the local area!
