Our Sea Club II Siesta Key rental condo is a beautiful, renovated second floor condo in gated complex. Free parking, set among Banyan, Oaks and Palms on almost 4 acres. Heated Pool, Fishing pier. 4 minute walk to private beach access. The space We have included all the essentials for a family that likes to have the flexibility to make meals at 'home' or somewhere to keep the basics for breakfast and lunch and minimize the vacation expenses. At the same time don't miss out on the excellent restaurants that range from fresh-caught seafood to casual beach fare to fine dining, all nearby. The master bedroom has a king size bed and dresser. The living room includes a sleeper sofa, coffee table, end-tables and flat screen cable tv. The kitchen has everything you need - all new coffee maker, toaster, fridge, cookware, dishes, glasses, and silverware. Kitchen towels, bath towels, beach towels and sheets are all provided. You are all set for an amazing time on Siesta Key. Two beach chairs, two beach towels, an umbrella and a beach cart are in the condo for your use. Free wifi! The heated pool area is next to a small picnic area with charcoal grills and tiki bar. Relax by the pool as you watch the boats go up and down the Intracoastal waterway or head down to the fishing pier for some amazing fishing. There are a huge variety of fish you can catch. You can either get your bait fishing from the pier, or head down the road to Mr CB's to buy some bait. Walk across the street and go through the private access gate to a beautiful stretch of Siesta Key beach. If you are interested in stand up paddle boarding, parasailing, jet-skiing, scootering - there are rental facilities nearby along with lessons for beginners. Coin-op washers and dryers are located on the first floor in the laundry room just a few doors down. Guest access Guests have full access to the condo and all amenities, beach access, heated pool, Tiki hut, fishing pier, bbq grills. Other things to note Our condo comes with linens and towels, and beach towels. We are located right across the beach - approximately 100 yards and have direct access to the best beaches in the US! Upon checkout, please empty the trash. Our housekeeper charges $20 to empty the trash if it has not been emptied. The $20 will be deducted from your security deposit. Renters must be over the age of 25.
