Back bonus room has trundle bed and an additional exit to the backyard, along with washer/dryer and bathroom. Gas grills available for guest use. Basketball court and plenty of yard for kids to play. Spring through fall, enjoy your meals outside on your choice of several patios, firepits, and gardens. Owners live downstairs and are available. Absolutely no smoking or drug use of any kind permitted. We love animals, but no pets allowed (even though we know they are family.) Guest access Guests have own entrance with keypad.
