There is a coded front door lock so each guest has their own unique code to allow for easy access. Other things to note Guest must be 25 years or older and present the entire length of the booking. Picture ID is required within 48 hours of booking. No pets. No smoking. No parties. If a guest is found in violation of the above they will be asked to leave immediatly with no refunds given. Outside noise must be kept to a minimum so as not to disturb neighbors. Noise restrictions are in place by neighborhood from 8:30 PM to 8:00 AM.
