Running hot & cold water, indoor toilet, shower, electricity, heat and air conditioning offer total comfort in the trees. 350 square feet of beautiful pine tongue-in-groove and the nostalgia of barn wood from our family’s farmstead, interspersed with old growth Douglas fir custom milled by our friendly neighbors. Other things to note If you are not familiar with the sounds of nature, you might wonder what you are hearing when you are sitting on the deck after dark. - You may hear the yip-yipping of coyotes. (Don't worry! They will be close, but they are not dangerous to you.) - You may hear the gentle lowing of our friendly cattle. They are curious about the treehouse & its guests! They often come by to see what's going on. - You may hear the meows of our friendly cats. One of them, especially, likes to hang out by the treehouse. - You may hear the steady croaking of our local bullfrogs. They enjoy singing at dusk & often into the night. - You may hear the high pitched buzzing/singing of the cicadas. DESIGNED BY TREEHOUSE MASTERS Many of you have watched Treehouse Masters on TV. We have had the good fortune of knowing one of the producers/designers on this program. He has designed and helped us bring this lodge in the trees to life.
