Self contained 3 bedroom home + study area with extra bed, situated only a short drive to CBD and located in a quiet area. Ideally suited to professional’s and trades people requiring longer stays. While our cottage is not a new modern building it is clean & very well equipped. Linen is supplied and colour changes made to suit our work crews & visitors as not all work crews like full white. A weekly cleaning service is also provided free of charge. The space Modern kitchen with dishwasher, electric stove & oven, Smart 40”TV, Ducted Reverse cycle & evaporative Air Conditioning, front decked verandah complete with outdoor setting. Gas BBQ & a second outdoor setting can also be found on the back verandah. Guest access Guests will have access to both front & back yards and undercover carport.
