In the middle of the living room, there is a staircase leading to a games room, then to an office. This office then leads to the master suite with an adjoining bathroom and a toilet. 2 terraces are at your disposal, one facing south overlooking the pool and the other to the north to have more freshness in the middle of the day, a barbecue and a summer kitchen with plancha will be at your disposal for barbecue evenings with friends. This north terrace has a shade sail and guinguette-style lights for warm evenings.
